Goulding joined Aviva in 2016 from Paddy Power, moving from CIO to the newly-created International CIO role in April last year.
As International CIO, Goulding is in charge of making Aviva's worldwide businesses less siloed, bringing together teams in separate markets. He has also been promoting innovation with the company's 'Hackbox' initiative.
