Gibbons has been CIO at Aggregate Industries Europe covering UK and Northern Europe for a decade now. In recent years he has been focused on analytics, making productive use of the large amounts of data generated by the organisation.
Gibbons has been instrumental in running outreach programmes to local schools, providing work experience in the construction industry to young people, and is also co-chair of the charity Byte Night in the Midlands area.
