As Group Chief Information Officer for retail at the Co-operative Group, Marshall is accountable for the IT architecture, with a particular responsibility for supporting the Group's retail stores as they are refreshed as part of the Group's digital transformation. Over the past year, this has meant upgrades to in-store IT and networking infrastructure across the Co-operative's food retail business in the UK, which currently runs to more than 2,700 outlets.
