Tell us about the nominees biggest achievement to date

Laura's wheelhouse has always been within Digital Forensics, climbing the ranks from technician to Global Head over her 15-year career. On return from her second maternity leave two years ago, Laura expanded her role by becoming accountable for EMEA and APAC shared services team.

Expanding her technical knowledge from not only digital forensics, but data processing, hosting and wider eDiscovery, this challenged Laura as she was managing process and people she was unfamiliar with and had to quickly learn to ask the right questions to get the answers she needed to make informed decisions.

What is the most significant challenge the nominee has overcome?

Laura has had to manage people at both ends of her day - early mornings with APAC and late nights with West Coast US.

Making time to understand cultural and team differences has allowed her to engage and motivate different teams in different ways to achieve desired outcomes.
