Lesley Salmon

Lesley Salmon is SVP and Chief Digital & Information Officer at Kellanova, responsible for leading the company’s global technology strategy and digital operations. In this role, she aligns IT with business goals to drive growth, efficiency and large-scale transformation across the organisation.

She oversees a broad portfolio spanning enterprise systems, cloud transformation and digital innovation, and has played a central role in modernising Kellanova’s technology estate, including supporting major structural change following the company’s separation from Kellogg – and, recently, its acquisition by Mars Snacking.

Salmon previously served as Global CIO and Regional CIO for Europe at Kellogg, where she unified global IT teams, streamlined vendors and introduced shared operating principles to improve performance and delivery.

Known for linking technology to business outcomes, she focuses on building digitally capable teams and embedding new technologies such as cloud and AI into everyday operations.
