What's the most exciting part of your current role?

Transformation opportunities in the housing sector.

What do you do in week one of a new project to avoid pain in month six?

Plan, plan and more planning! Having the right documentation prior to the project kick off or as part of early stages of the project inception is critical to map out possibly future risks and hurdles.

What’s the part of your estate you most want to simplify in 2026?

IaaS/Housing Management Solution - the underlying core business tool that supports all areas of our business

Excluding smartphones, what piece of technology could you not live without and why?

Personally - my coffee machine! Closely followed by my laptop ;)

What excites you most about the future of IT?

AI and how it will integrate and enhance our existing tech, but also what new tech it will help produce.

What talent are you quietly proud of that would never show up on LinkedIn?

I do a very good Scooby Doo imitation!

Windows key + L - you would surprised how many people don't lock their machines when they walk away from them!
