Ryan joined Community Fibre as an apprentice with limited IT experience, but through dedication and a thirst for learning he has progressed from handling basic desktop tasks to becoming a proficient engineer with a broad set of skills, including DevOps and data automation.

Ryan played a pivotal role in enhancing service delivery for Community Fibre’s B2B customers. Brought into the project at a critical juncture with tight deadlines, Ryan delivered a scalable system that streamlined the entire customer journey. Not only did it improve communications with customers, but it also enabled the business to scale to several hundred installations per month, representing over £500k in monthly contract value.
