Rhys’ interest in tech began at the age of four, inspired by his father’s computers. By nine, he was writing online guides, honing skills that would later define his career. Starting as a project coordinator, he progressed to Service Delivery Manager at FourNet, where his methodical approach shines.

Among other achievements he redesigned FourNet’s service definitions, replacing outdated frameworks with modern, scalable models that boosted efficiency and customer satisfaction.

He also built a Quality Management System from scratch for Nowcomm, later acquired by FourNet, and successfully integrating service design across bid processes, operational delivery, SLAs, customer service credits, and compliance standards.

Praised for his "commercial awareness" and "fine eye for detail," Rhys is now excited by AI’s potential, especially in healthcare. Outside work, he’s a dedicated gamer and flight simulation enthusiast, logging 300 hours on a Boeing 737 simulator.
