Nicole arrived in her current business change role through sales and consulting positions at technology organisations. She’s currently leading change through IT delivery at SEGRO, where she is on assignment from Baringa.

The delivery of a full system change requires a team of over 100 IT professionals to collaborate on frameworks such as objective & key results, business change activities, and organisational and leadership change frameworks. Nicole also runs AI and innovation workshops for the whole organisation and engages the board on digitisation.
