Drawn to solving complex problems, Morayo moved from engineering to IT, attracted by its pace and impact. A graduate programme provided hands-on experience, and self-learning led to certifications including Google Cloud Practitioner and Power BI PL-300.

At Lloyds, Morayo has pushed innovative initiatives, mentored junior colleagues and pioneered generative business intelligence using Power BI, demonstrating its capabilities to senior stakeholders and receiving positive feedback.

She is excited by the potential of BI and AI together to democratise data access and enhance decision-making. Her current role blends technical expertise with creativity, transforming complex data into actionable stories through visualisation and automation.

Outside work, Morayo is a travel vlogger, capturing experiences around the world to inspire others, and an aerial yoga enthusiast. “I find joy in learning, creating and stepping outside of my comfort zone,” she says.
