Jessica arrived at AWS from the fashion and creative industries, after discovering her true passion lay in using technology to solve inefficiencies and improve lives.

Recently, she led a transformative initiative, implementing Airtable to centralise social media and content planning. This custom solution eliminated manual workflows saving hours of coordination work every week, and provided real-time project visibility. Simultaneously, Jessica introduced a generative AI tool for copywriting, slashing costs and freeing creative resources for high-value work. These innovations made her team faster, leaner, and more innovative.

Beyond work, she is an avid diver and wildlife conservation volunteer with Nepada, using her skills to protect endangered species and biodiversity. Jessica says this commitment to giving back keeps her grounded and ensures her impact extends beyond tech.
