Faizah has forged a path as a visionary Head of Business Analysis at Atom Bank, proving that curiosity, systems thinking and a passion for change are the ultimate drivers of innovation. Her £8.5 million leadership of Project Rocket (Atom Bank’s HQ relocation) has seen AI-powered space management, intelligent room booking systems, and seamless hybrid working tools incorporated into the new offices.

She gamified learning across Atom’s business analysis function, introducing digital badges to incentivise upskilling, and led a generative AI comparison study to explore productivity enhancements.

A champion of systemic change, Faizah fuses technology with culture, advocating for inclusive hiring, sustainability, and women in tech.

Externally, Faizah is building pathways into aviation for underrepresented youth, partnering with Biggin Hill Airport to create accessible pilot training programmes.
