Dami has successfully onboarded several teams across LSEG onto automation platforms, demonstrating her excellent communication skills in the requirements gathering process, to ensure expectations were well-defined.

In one project she developed an MVP, deploying an iterative engineering process and completing the project before the project deadline. It didn’t stop once the the MVP was delivered. Dami was “technologically courageous”, according to her colleagues, “diving into additional features that yielded huge time saving gains for the stakeholders.”

Based on the success of this project, Dami was given more opportunities to replicate a similar process across other teams.
