We are excited to introduce our esteemed panel of judges for the 2023 awards, who will bring their expertise and experience to evaluate the entries and select the winners.
Our judges are leaders in cybersecurity, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing organisations in today's rapidly evolving threat landscape.
We are lucky to have their insight and knowledge as we seek to honour the companies, teams and individuals who are making a difference in the world of cybersecurity.
Natalie Cramp - CEO, Profusion
With more than a decade of experience background in leading private, public and third sector organisations through significant periods of innovation and change, Natalie leads data consultancy Profusion. Her mission is to support organisations large and small get the right insight into the right hands at the right time to create value.
She has been recognised multiple times in the top 100 data professionals in the UK, and holds various leadership roles in the data community including Chairing the Women's Health chapter of Women in Data, leading a cross-industry Data Ethics Advisory Board, and on the Mayor of London's Advisory Board for data.

Ian Golding - Interim CIO, SThree Plc
Ian Golding has been a CIO, CTO and DPO at global commercial technology programmes for over 20 years. He has a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation to exploit the benefits of technology and data in permanent, interim, fractional and private consulting roles. He is currently Interim CIO at SThree Plc, the world's leading STEM skills provider.
Ian has also held senior IT roles at organisations including the Natural History Museum; the Royal National Lifeboat Institution; Southern Housing Group; and the ERM Group.
Ian is also an investor and mentors digital startups. By devoting time to assisting emerging businesses and small investments to advance, Ian's aim is to help grow the digital ecosystem.

Jane Deal - Operational Director for Technology & Change, Law Society of England & Wales
Jane joined the Law Society in 2017 to transform its IT estate and architecture; transition from a shared service to a new, independent IT capability; and introduce collaborative working practices as part of a full-scale business and property transformation programme.
Before her current role Jane joined Barclays Bank with a law degree, gaining 20+ years' experience in roles ranging from marketing and commercial lending to business transformation. As Head of Information & Knowledge Systems at RNIB, she restructured the IT function and estate, developing stakeholder and project management disciplines, before being appointed as their first CIO by Citizens Advice.
At Citizens Advice Jane delivered a complex CRM to a network of 340 independent bureaux, simultaneously transforming the IT function, before moving into a consultancy role to support major charities and exercise her broad expertise in business transformation, operational architecture, and IT.

Terry Willis - Director of Technology, Church of England
Working in technology for most of his career, Terry has seen the world transform from analogue to digital several times now. Mostly he gives it some gentle encouragement, but sometimes it needs more of a firm shove in the right direction.
Following a career working mostly in the creative and media industries Terry has recently spent more time in the third sector, and currently leads technology and cybersecurity for the Church of England.
He has a keen eye for emerging trends in tech, along with an unhealthy interest in the areas of cloud services, cybersecurity and risk in order to design agile, secure and modern workplaces and platforms that people enjoy using.

Nick Rosser - Head of Information Technology, Saunderson House
Nick is Head of IT for Saunderson House, an award-winning independent firm of wealth managers focused on private clients. Nick plays a leading role in defining and supporting the business-led technology strategies across the organisation.
He has over 25 years' of experience working within financial services in roles within technology, operations and client advice at firms including Jupiter Asset Management and BDO LLP.

Huseyin Seker - Professor of Computing Sciences and Associate Dean, Birmingham City University
Huseyin is a research-oriented and enterprise-focused academic and manager with both academic and industry experiences in data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning and emerging & disruptive technologies/systems.
He has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles and has been involved with a portfolio of collaborative research, enterprise and teaching/learning projects in collaboration with universities and companies in the UK and abroad.
One of the founding members of the Institute of Coding, Huseyin led its activities at Northumbria University until September 2019.

Louise McCarthy - INED, Recognise Bank and Leumi UK
As well as her position at Recognise Bank and Leumi UK, Louise also works on charitable activities in Indonesia, teaching female empowerment at a girls' school. She also works as a CXO advisor for a number of innovative tech companies, and has led a number complex organisation creating their strategy for global digital IT transformation.
Louise is an award-winning and dynamic inspirational CIO, transformational and business change leader, with over 35 years' experience in large private and public sector organisations, including HMRC, Aviva, HSBC and EBRD. She is known in the technology, digital industry as a passionate, energised and transformational leader.

Aliaksandr Shulyak - Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Bloomberg
A cloud and DevOps practice-oriented engineer with over 7+ years of tech experience. He is a cross-functional leader, a Linux evangelist and an open-source contributor, with a passion for quality.

Suresh Rajasekaran - Product Management Lead, Nvidia
An accomplished technology leader with over 16 years of industry experience, Suresh is focused on helping enterprises to adopt, accelerate and scale AI solutions in their businesses. Before joining Nvidia, he worked at companies including Samsung, Adobe and Autodesk. He is passionate about artificial intelligence and its profound impact on humanity.
Suresh holds a Masters in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth school of Business. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two kids.

Tom is a UK IT industry veteran, writing his first tech story back in the mists of 2011. He specialises in covering topics around sustainabile IT, diversity and Web3 developments like blockchain and the metaverse.
Tom regularly chats to leading IT professionals around the world, from companies both large and small. He is always on the lookout for the newest market trends that affect IT leaders in the UK and worldwide. He has previously written for a varity of B2B titles, including those serving the jewellery, pet and funeral industries - and yes, he's heard all the jokes. Often spotted with a notebook, grumbling about the Oxford comma.

Penny focuses mainly on diversity in tech and sustainability content. She has more than a decade of content creation experience and specialises in long form feature content.

Stuart Sumner - Global Vice President - Content, The Channel Company
Stuart was editor of Computing before taking his current role, responsible for all editorial content across The Channel Company's brands. Previously he spent 10 years as a programme manager in the IT industry, working for companies such as the BBC, COLT, Nortel Networks and Equant. As a journalist he has also worked for Time Out and IPC Media.
He is a regular technology pundit and contributor to the BBC News Channel, as well as a published author.
