With a new entry process and votes cast by our readers, the Technology Product Awards are unlike any other

Computing's Technology Product Awards - the new iteraration of our sister site V3's Technology Awards - are now open for entries, with a new entry process and an awards ceremony this November, recognising the best technology innovation of the year.

Uniquely in technology, this is an awards that gives you, our readers, the opportunity to have your say on the best technology products, projects and personalities, and your votes will determine the winners.

The Computing Technology Product Awards recognise the very best in technology talent. Categories range from focusing on security and cloud computing to business software and infrastructure, as well as showcasing the innovative technology heroes and projects that deserve industry-wide praise.

We are streamlining the entry process this year with a new two-stage approach. In the first stage (14th May - 22nd June) entrants can submit basic information about themselves or a third party using the entry form.

In the second stage of the process (July - September), we will shortlist the entrants and come back to them for more information with a series of additional questions. We will announce the final shortlist at the end of September.

The awards ceremony will be held in London on the afternoon of Friday the 23rd November - but remember to enter before the 22nd of June to be in with a chance of attending.
