Digital Technology Leaders Awards 2017: LAST DAY for entries

Entries for the Computing Digital Technology Leaders Awards 2017 close on Friday, with technology leaders, development teams and companies urged to complete their entries in on time.
There are a total of 27 categories and the Awards will be held in London on Thursday 6 July 2017.
Categories include:
- Chief Digital Officer of the Year;
- Digital Team of the Year;
- Development Team of the Year;
- Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality Project of the Year;
- Young Digital Professional of the Year;
- Internet of Things Project of the Year; and,
- Best Large Enterprise Digital Project.
Last year's winners include
- Watchfinder & Co, which was judged Development Team of the Year, just ahead of UCAS;
- Cancer Research UK, which won Digital Team of the Year, just ahead of Liverpool Victoria; and,
- The Chief Digital Officer of the Year was Aaron Powell, CDO at NHS Blood and Transplant.
There were also awards targeted at SME organisations, with Breaking Blue winning the award for Best Place to Work in Digital: SMEs, and Analysis Technologies winning the Small-to-Medium Digital Project Award ahead of finalists Coupa, DiscountVouchers.co.uk, Schnell Solutions, Treatwell and Virgin Active.
The Young Digital Professional of the Year was Paul Cussell, head of digital at Breaking Blue Research.
