Samsung vs Apple and HTC One M8 reviews: Latest V3 Tablet App live
HP printer, Livescribe Smartpen 3 and Dell Wyse Cloud Connect USB thin client also tested
The latest issue of the V3 Tablet App is now available to download for both Android and iOS devices, with this month's issue a reviews special, looking at some of the top devices we have tried out since the start of the year.
This includes several high-profile reviews including the highly contested battle for tablet supremacy between Apple and Samsung, as we pit the iPad Air against the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 - and there wasn't a lawyer in sight.
In other Samsung-against-Apple reviews-related news, we put their flagship iPhone 5S and Galaxy S5 smartphones into battle, as you can see in our video review embedded below.
Back in the app, printers may not generate the same fervour as tablets and smartphones, but they remain essential pieces of office equipment and HP is one of the biggest suppliers in this market.
So we recently tested the Officejet Enterprise Color X555dn device to find out how it shapes up in the market and whether it can live up to HP's marketing boasts.
Elsewhere, for something a bit different the Livescribe Smartpen 3 note-taking and dictation tool ended up in our hands. It could prove to be one of the best iOS accessories we've ever seen - download the app to find out why.
The brand new HTC One M8 smartphone is also included, as we find out if the Taiwanese firm can halt its financial slide with its latest flagship device.
Finally, we also had a look at the Dell Wyse Cloud Connect USB thin client that allows you to turn a terminal into an Android PC.
The app is available through Google Play and the iTunes store, and is free to download for any registered user of the V3 website. Otherwise, issues cost £1.99 each on the iTunes store and are free on Google Play.
