We check out Nokia's Windows 8.1 RT tablet
ABU DHABI: Nokia unveiled its first tablet at Nokia World on Tuesday, the Nokia Lumia 2520, which comes running Microsoft's Windows 8.1 RT operating system.
According to Nokia, the Lumia 2520 features a quad-core Qualcomm processor, 11 hours of battery life with fast charging, and support for 4G LTE, which Nokia claims makes this the ultimate mobile tablet. Despite running Windows RT 8.1, the tablet also arrives with Microsoft Office and boasts the Microsoft Outlook application. Nokia will also bundle the tablet with its optional Power Cover keyboard, as it looks to win over business customers.
Nokia has made some big claims about its first ever tablet. Not only has it heralded the display as the brightest on the tablet market, it also claimed that the Lumia 2520 offers a better imaging experience than rival devices, thanks to its 6.7MP rear-facing camera.
