Coming soon: The V3 Hot Seat

IT industry leaders talk to V3 about their favourite gadgets, their dreams and nightmares, and who they most admire in technology

To bring you breaking news and exclusives, V3 talks to IT industry leaders all the time. It struck us that you may be interested in getting to know some of these big names in the industry on a more personal level.

We have made it our job to quiz some of the industry's leading lights each week on must-know subjects such as their favourite smartphone, software and social networks, and even what keeps them awake at night.

First up is information commissioner Christopher Graham, who will be in the V3 Hot Seat on 20 March. Every Tuesday following, the Hot Seat will host the most senior directors or executives from the likes of LinkedIn, FourSquare, Linux, Nokia, AMD and Intel.

Government G-Cloud programme director Chris Chant will also be taking part, so stay tuned to hear who he most admires in the IT industry or what his dream job would be if he hadn't ended up in government IT.

And if you're a fan of Bletchley Park, the historic site of the secret British codebreaking activities during WWII, we have the museum's chief executive, Iain Standen, also on our list.

If you are a top dog in IT yourself, please feel free to put yourself forward to take part. Alternatively if you are dying to hear what your IT hero thinks the next big technology trend will be, or just what they have for breakfast, let us know and we'll try and track them down for a future Hot Seat.
