IT leaders to discuss practical next steps in cloud computing
Computing's event will see CIOs debating all things cloud
Computing's latest IT Leaders Forum will take place this afternoon, and a great lineup of CIOs are set to discuss how organisations should take the next practical steps into the cloud.
Infrastructure- and platform-as-a-service will be the focus of the event, where the panel will be establishing what the best business models are for a smooth enterprise implementation.
Those talking on the day include:
• Dave Foster, IT director of nuclear research organisation CERN
• Alan Lee-Bourke, CIO of social enterprise The Wise Group
• John Harris, chief architect and global VP IT strategy for GlaxoSmithKline
• Dan Simms, IT director for law firm Browne Jacobson
• Maurice Martin, director, server & cloud platforms, Microsoft UK
There will be plenty of news coming out of the Forum and a lot of lively discussion. Stick with Computing.co.uk for the latest updates.
