Adobe unveils cloud-based forms and surveys tool
Easy-to-use online system for designing, distributing, collecting and analysing HTML-based forms
Digital media firm Adobe today introduced FormsCentral, an online system for designing, distributing, collecting and analysing HTML-based forms.
The system allows firms to create online forms and surveys using customisable templates accessible to anyone with a web browser and internet access.
Adobe said teams collaborating in a secure online environment can create, preview and test forms before distributing them.
Users can view aggregated data or drill down to see individual responses, and create a findings dashboard after reviewing the responses. Administrators can control who can access the data and how they use it.
Data is automatically added to a response table, eliminating the need to consolidate or transcribe results into a traditional spreadsheet. Users can search, sort and add data filters as well as use in-built statistical formulas for data analysis to improve the form before launching it online.
The service is available now and offers two options: Basic access is $14.99/month for five forms and 500 responses per form, while the Plus service is $199/year for unlimited forms and 5,000 responses per form.
Users can sign up for trial access allowing them to create one form and have a maximum 50 responses for that form.
