Time and cost savings are the biggest benefits of web conferencing technology, according to a survey.
Some 82 per cent of more than 300 respondents across the UK, France and Germany cited efficiency as a key driver. In the UK environmental benefits were mentioned by 54 per cent, compared with only 37 per cent across Europe.
The survey of 332 IT managers was conducted by Vanson Bourne on behalf of supplier Netviewer.
