TomorrowNow looks to expand
Firm will support further product lines
TomorrowNow, a support services firm acquired by SAP in January, is ramping up efforts to sign UK customers, and considering expanding its offerings to support further product lines.
The US-based firm, which offers support for PeopleSoft and JD Edwards products, has been investing in offices and staff to boost its position in Europe and Asia. “We have support staff in place in the UK, and we’re now at the stage of working to close deals,” said chief executive Andrew Nelson.
The core focus for the firm is to grab a larger share of the software maintenance market. “We’ve only got one percent of a market estimated to be worth anything from $8bn to $20bn at present,” said Nelson. “But I wouldn’t be surprised if in six months or so we weren’t looking at adding a new software line to support,” he added, citing PeopleSoft student management tools as a possible area for expansion.
