New features help flagship product appeal to wide range of firms
Web analytics firm ClickTracks Analytics has released a new version of its web metrics service. The firm said it is designed to appeal to a broader range of enterprises.
ClickTracks 6.5 features a redesigned processing engine to improve performance, according to chief executive John Marshall.
“We use an in-house database engine to drive the product, which means we can do performance optimisation on the code,” he said. “The Key Performance Indicator timelines will also appeal to large firms because they help to get everyone in the business to focus on the things that matter.”
The updated version also allows firms to correlate two dimensions of data against each other to analyse traffic in depth.
