Microsoft today announced a beta of version 7.0 its Internet Explorer browser is available for download

People wishing to try out the browser can download it, Microsoft is inviting comment on its features and ease of use.

The beta browser for Windows XP features a new build, which allows it run on Windows XP 64bit and Windows Server 2003 SP1 and 2. Add-ons for extra tools and functionality are also available.
