Email management takes too much time and effort

Two thirds of corporate users waste time deleting email from inboxes with too little storage capacity

Two thirds of users have email storage limits set to 100MB

About 65 per cent of corporates have to contend with email inbox quotas which are often as small as 100MB, forcing them to waste time managing their email, according to research.

Users constantly have to delete attachments and whole messages to keep email storage within their limits. And up to half export old email into PST files which make them difficult to retrieve and unable to be be searched upon for compliance with corporate governance requirements.

The survey was commissioned by email data management software vendor C2C.
