The Cabinet Office has released details of its IT management team, headed up by government CIO John Suffolk.
The team will oversee government IT, running critical projects including the G-Cloud and the government's App Store.
Deputy director of data strategy for the App Store and G-Cloud Andrew Tait will collaborate with ex-CIO for the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Chris Chant.
Deputy CIO and director of IT strategy and policy is Bill McCluggage, and his deputy is Rachel Gentry. She worked in a similar role – as deputy director, ICT strategy and policy for the Cabinet Office – under the last government.
Ex-group information systems director at engineering firm Atkins, Lesley Hume, will be the director of the public sector's shared ICT infrastructure.
