The Tech Women Celebration 50 is Computing’s annual showcase of some of the most inspirational women shaping the technology landscape, from emerging- innovators to visionary CIOs and everything in between.

This isn’t your typical power list. Whilst we love to celebrate influential women and senior leaders in tech, the Tech Women Celebration 50 is designed to shine a light on women making an impact at every level of the industry.

Here you’ll find 50 relatable female role models. Some are taking their first steps as developers or data scientists. Others are leading teams in AI, cloud, or cybersecurity.

You’ll meet recent graduates and apprentices alongside experienced CIOs and CEOs. Each story reflects resilience, creativity, and a shared passion for technology. Whether you’re just starting your journey or already climbing the ladder, these women will inspire and motivate you to keep going.

When selecting our Tech Women Celebration 50, we considered a range of factors including the scale of organisations to the challenges nominees have overcome and their commitment to opening doors for others. Every woman on this list is not only excelling in her field but also helping to build a more inclusive future for tech.

We’ve had the pleasure of meeting many of you at events such as the IT Leaders’ Summit, our round table discussions or at the Women in Technology Excellence Awards, where the spirit of collaboration and mutual support continues to grow stronger each year.
