The Computing AI Leadership Index is calling for nominations that showcase how leaders and teams are using AI to transform organisations responsibly, creatively and at scale.

At Computing, we love to shine a light on the people shaping the future of enterprise technology, which is why we launched our inaugural AI Leadership Index last December,

We’ve received lots of excellent submissions but are keen to see more. We want your stories of how you and your organisations have used the power of AI to innovate, whether that’s in software development, product design, marketing personalisation, customer support or elsewhere. The possibilities are endless.

The AI Leadership Index is dedicated to the defining technology of modern working life — and to the people who are guiding its responsible, creative and transformative use.

If you are pushing boundaries in automation, setting new standards for ethical governance, redefining customer experience and creating smarter, faster, more resilient organisations we want to hear from you.

You can nominate yourself, a colleague, or a leader whose AI work you believe deserves recognition. Tell us what makes the work stand out, the outcomes achieved, and how it’s helping shape your organisation.

When we come to choose our 25 AI trailblazers we consider factors such as the originality of the use case, challenges overcome, and how innovation has been balanced with ethical responsibility and governance.

Submissions close at midnight on 13 February 2026, and the AI Leadership Index 2026 will be published in March.
