The Women in Technology Excellence Awards 2025 are now open for nominations!

This prestigious event and one of the highlights of the Computing calendar shines a spotlight on the incredible women who are shaping and securing technology.

Whether you’re a trailblazer in tech innovation, a rising star in your field, or a mentor helping others break barriers, this is your time to shine.

The awards celebrate the outstanding contributions of women in all areas of technology, from software development and engineering to AI, cybersecurity, and beyond. It's not just about individual accomplishments—it's about celebrating the diversity, creativity, and resilience that women cultivate as their tech careers progress.

Women in Tech Excellence also promotes women at every career stage, with categories including Graduate/Apprentice of the Year and Rising Star to Team Leader, Transformation Leader and Women of the Year.

Other categories include Innovator of the Year, Hero of the Year and Founder/Entrepreneur of the Year.

If you work with a woman who consistently pushes boundaries, leads with vision, or supports the next generation of tech leaders, we want to hear from you. This work should be celebrated in lights and the voices of women who remain a minority within the tech workforce should be amplified.

We also encourage women to nominate themselves. Women so often focus on the achievements of others and that’s no bad thing. However, alongside the desire to help others have their moment should be an acknowledgement and celebration of our own contributions. The Women in Tech Excellence Awards is a unique opportunity to take pride in your accomplishments, build your personal brand and share your journey with a wider audience.

Winners will be announced at an exclusive awards ceremony on Thursday 27th November at the Hilton Park Lane, London - a glittering celebration of inspirational women in tech. Not only is it a fantastic night out, but Computing also publishes videos, galleries and articles which boost the profile of finalists and winners.
