Run by Computing and BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, the UK IT Industry Awards highlight the people, teams and organisations making a real impact in UK tech. Categories cover everything from leadership and digital transformation to DEI, AI and sustainability.
Returning favourites this year include:
- IT Leader of the Year – for vision, delivery and influence
- Rising Star of the Year – spotlighting the young professionals shaping the sector
- Security Innovation of the Year – recognising strong, smart defence
- Emerging Technology of the Year – for practical innovation

Whether you’re leading change, running a standout team or building tech that solves problems, the awards offer a platform to be recognised by your peers.
All entrants are shortlisted by experts and finalists are invited to present to a judging panel, in a process that is fair, detailed and focused on results.
Past winner Louise Clark from Aviva says the UK IT Industry Awards are “inspirational” with “a brilliant atmosphere.” Whether you win or not, it’s a chance to join a community of professionals who are shaping the future of IT.
