With 27 years' experience in the telecommunications and information technology industries, O'Rourke has been CIO at European telecom firm Telefonica O2's UK operations since May 2013. Responsible for a team of 400 technologists, O'Rourke puts an emphasis on keeping knowledge and experience within his core team.
