What's your proudest work-related achievement of the last 12 months?
We completed an integration between our Elavon and US Bank IT infrastructure, creating one unified system. We also made enhancements to our already-strong technology governance in Europe and opened our European Innovation Centre.
What's the number one skill today's IT leaders need?
We're operating in an Agile and DevOps-focused environment, where team empowerment and self-organisation are keys to success. Today's IT leaders need to be flexible and embrace the transformation as we continue moving to a more interactive and collaborative mindset. Their roles needs to be that of a coach who can help their teams and their organisation adopt the transformation.
How many people work in IT in your organisation?
In Elavon, we have approximately 4,500 over 10,000 employees worldwide. In Europe, we have around 200 IT employees.
What's your top priority for the next 12 months?
We're focused on our digital transformation as a whole. From a product perspective, we're looking to expand our e-commerce capability further and enhance the user experience within our multi-channel digital journey.
