Sarah Flannigan was appointed CIO at EDF Energy in November 2016 after more than six years as CIO at the National Trust, leading a £40m transformation project as part of the NT's Systems Simplification Programme, which included upgrades to membership systems. At EDF Energy, Flannigan has been involved with the company's Pretty Curious campaign to encourage young girls to pursue careers in STEM subjects.
