Following a four-year tenure at publisher Pearson, Calder joined Ladbrokes as CIO in 2016. Instrumental in the creation of the innovation hub LC2, Calder said, "Our goal is to deliver excellence for our customers by leveraging the best digital technology, to hire the best digital talent to build the best digital future."
