Why size matters on the IT catwalk

Selecting the right-sized hardware for your organisation is crucial. It needs to be powerful enough to carry out the job it's required to do, digesting, translating and retaining information that is entered, without becoming too slow and fat, or overly choosy about what it eats.

Too fat, too thin, too big, too small. You could be forgiven for thinking that I'm talking about the fashion industry. Oddly, IT does have a number of parallels with the elitist world of catwalks...
