Carly joined the INQUIRER as News Editor in April 2012 and became Editor in January 2017.
Before joining INQ, Carly studied journalism at the University of Lincoln and went on to dabble in the music journalism industry. A Nokia 7070 Prism (yep) ignited her love of gadgets and made her realise that that interviewing David Gray wasn't for her, after all.
Carly writes for the INQUIRER, V3 and Computing, and her main coverage areas include telecoms, mobile, devices, social media and, well, pretty much anything and everything.
In her spare time, Carly spends most of her time playing Mario Kart, drinking beer and reading the comments on the INQUIRER. Really.
