German hacker millionaire Kim Schmitz, who was arrested by authorities in Thailand on Friday, was deported back to Germany this morning to face the music.

It is now known that the charges brought against the 28 year-old are in relation to the alleged fraudulent insider trading of Eu1.1m worth of Letsbuyit.com shares.

In his now familiar headline grabbing style, Schmitz had threatened to 'kill' himself online yesterday afternoon and was prevented from doing so by the fact that he was under arrest.

However, a look at Schmitz's website today suggests that he knew he would be in the hands of the authorities at the time.

Although some of the sections are broken, the self-appreciating site of 'His Royal Highness King Kimble the First' contains yet more of the material he has taken so much flak for in the past.

Not only does he list Letsbuyit.com as his "favourite online shop", he pays homage to Fluffi Bunni as his "favourite hacker". Fluffi publicly disgraced Schmitz late last year by defacing his web page and that of the Young Intelligent Hackers Against Terror.

You can also buy Kimble memorabilia such as coffee mugs from the new site, a move that has already stirred a few giggles on the hacker newswires.

But perhaps the most telling clue that the 'suicide' threat was yet another publicity stunt is the link to 'Send an email to Kim in prison'.

Quite how this works is unclear, but it looks like Schmitz was well aware that the game was up and that he would be ruling his 'Kimpire' from behind bars.
