Opalis updates its integration server

New consoles should ease monitoring of automated processes

Written by David Neal

IT process automation software developer Opalis has just released the latest version of its Integration Server workflow management tool.

New and updated features in this latest release include a new dashboard targeted at executives. The firm said that this would make it much more easy for IT managers and CIOs to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the IT processes. The dashboard is customisable and can be set to display information on a range of features and functions.

More technical options are found in the new Operator's Console. Here, more web-savvy users can 'interact directly' with running processes, and automated events, and monitor and assess their performance.

Announcing the release, Charles Crouchman, chief technology officer at the firm said,
“The new features provide a new way of interacting with automated processes that is not available in any other solution on the market today. With this release, we deliver the most comprehensive automation solution to meet the needs of enterprises worldwide, ensuring decreased costs and increased productivity of IT, while enforcing compliant best practices aimed at improving performance and availability of all critical business applications.”
