There are many compelling reasons why a firm may want to upgrade to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 – high availability, email archiving and improved administrative features, for example.
Others will take advantage of an ongoing server refresh to upgrade their email systems at the same time.
But with email perhaps the most mission-critical of all business applications, the potential for disruption is huge.
Migrating to Exchange 2010 is not a simple process and IT managers need to ensure that they can mitigate any issues that might arise during the migration itself and as the new system beds in.
During this Computing web seminar, which starts at 11:00am on Tuesday 15th November, we will be looking at the ways in which this important upgrade can be managed safely and efficiently, with the minimum of disruption to end users.
Speakers Include:
Andrew Charlesworth, Consulting Editor, Computing
Justin Pirie, Director of Communities and Content, Mimecast
Stuart Sumner, Chief Reporter, Computing
Suzy Timms, Research Director, Loudhouse
