In the first of a four-part web seminar programme, we examine the business case for green IT. There are simple steps that IT managers can take to make their technology more environmentally-friendly, which are encapsulated in the Green Computing charter. More than 130 organisations have already signed up to the charter, including HSBC, Centrica and Virgin Atlantic.
In this web seminar, hosted by Computing, we discuss the reasons why environmentalism has become so important to business, and introduce the seven-step plan to improving your green credentials.
