The separation of business processes and the software that underpins those processes has generally arisen as a by-product of mergers, buyouts and expansion.
Approximately 60 percent of respondents to a Computing survey have no formal CRM in place and of those, approximately 40 percent still place orders manually.
This Computing video white paper explores how organisations are emerging from the recession with business processes and work flow cycles that are hindering their ability to grow and how system consolidation in the form of a CRM or ERP implementation is on the cards for the slim majority in 2011.
