Services firm Capita has secured three new contracts for its Capita Support offering, a hosted software solution for local authorities and housing providers.

Family Mosaic, a provider of housing support and care, Worcestershire County Council, and Luton Borough Council will use the cloud solution to assess potential clients, and then provide them with the relevant services.

Capita Support is designed to ensure clients have faster access to the tools they require, and improve customer services by streamlining the referral process, Capita said.

Family Mosaic is implementing Capita Support as a case management system for its Care and Supported Housing department.

"Capita Support matches our strategy of removing in-house developed solutions with a move towards software-as-a-service," said John Tilsley, head of business systems at Family Mosaic.

Luton Borough Council has signed a seven-year contract to use the service, where it will be a single point of access to manage referrals, vacancies, and contract management, for all people support contracts.

Worcestershire County Council will be using Capita Support for a similar service, although details of the contract are not available.
