The new, more intuitive Computing website has launched today, with a clean and user friendly design and more top news stories being visible at one time on the home page.
All the news will be original content with comment direct from the source; readers can view the top stories of the day at a glance.
Video has also been given higher priority on the home page too, with a new box showing the five latest videos, including Tech Talk every Friday which offers a run-down and analysis of the week’s news.
The various interactive elements of the site are also more visible, with most commented, blogs and the poll question now sitting next to the video slot.
Another significant change is that we will be producing weekly reviews on the back of a reader survey conducted several months ago indicating that this was content that readers really valued.
In addition, the site will continue to host well researched, in-depth analysis and features from our team of experienced journalists. We hope you enjoy the new design, and please send us your comments on feedback@computing.co.uk.
