BT is to merge its Concert services arm with AT&T?s World Partners alliance. According to reports both companies have been locked in discussions to merge the units, but have delayed signing on the dotted line because of AT&T?s $48 million acquisition of cable company TCI last week. World Partners is a loose alliance of global telcos with links in the Netherlands, Italy and Switzerland.
