The BBC has put out a contract notice for a web analytics tool that is worth between £4.5m and £6.9m. The duration of the contract is three years.
This web analytics tool will feed data into the BBC’s RQIV (Reach, Quality, Impact and Value) framework, as well as help with assessment of the corporation's initiatives including Public Purposes, Service Licence Reviews and the Continuous Improvement Programme.
The contract states that the online measurement tool should “not only support the operational and tactical insight needed to ensure all [the BBC’s] propositions are optimised to offer the best value for money for audiences, but also cater for its regulatory reporting needs”.
Companies wanting to submit a tender to the BBC should use the e-sourcing portal https://bbc.bravosolution.co.uk.
The closing date for tenders is the 4 January 2010.
