Microsoft is working with the Institute of Directors to offer hosted CRM

The Institute of Directors (IOD) has landed a deal with Microsoft to offer hosted email and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to its membership.

IOD members will be able to subscribe to a hosted version of Microsoft's new product Dynamics CRM 4.0 at £35 per user per month compared with £45 per user per month for non member SMEs.

The deal spares subscribers upfront implementation fees, also allowing them to add and remove users or switch to onsite version. Hosted email services cost £11.50 for IOD members rising to £13.50 for non members. For CRM and email directors who sign up before July get the first month free.
