Denbighshire County Council has taken on a money management system to support its private sector housing work.
The system will be used to manage grants, non-grant assistance, complaints, inspection, payments and implementation of the new Housing Act.
It will also be used to record all incoming information and make the process for disbursing money much more efficient.
The council wants to improve the way it handles housing issues, says Denbighshire county councillor Pauline Dobb.
'We are proud of the high levels of service our housing grants team provide,' she said.
'As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are pleased to be working with Northgate to streamline our business processes.'
