Off-licence group Threshers has renewed its contract with Atos Origin for the delivery of a managed payroll system supporting 9,000 staff.
The new deal follows the existing three-year relationship between Threshers and the vendor, which is said to have improved efficiency and delivered an enhanced service.
During that period, the business rolled out a human resources (HR) online self-service system to around 200 former Unwin stores acquired by Threshers, which allows online entry of new starter details and timesheets, as well as enquiry facilities for payslips and salary details.
The supplier also provided strategic advice on payroll-related processes to Threshers’ district managers to maximise its return on investment in the HR system.
