Financial services group Nationwide will use an operational intelligence system to migrate its specialist lending division into its Bournemouth operations centre.
The move follows a recent upgrade to an operational intelligence software suite that took place between November 2007 and January 2008.
Using the new system, Nationwide aims to have real-time monitoring of business processes
Supplier eg solutions is providing the software to Nationwide.
